BEWARD DO NOT USE E NEIGHBORHOODS CUSTOMER SERVICE NIGHTMARE!! BEWARE

I HAVE BEEN CHARGED AND THEY WILL NOT CANCEL MY SERVICE.  THE PHONE CALL TO CUSTOMER SERVICE WENT INTO A SHOUTING MATCH FOR ALMOST A HALF OF AN HOUR. THEY TOLD ME I SHOULD NOT BE CANCELLING THE SERVICE EVEN IF I DO NOT USE IT FURTHERMORE THEY INFORMED ME THAT A GOOD AGENT WOULD BE PROSPECTING  SO THEREFORE THEY ARE ALSO TELLING ME HOW TO RUN MY BUSINESS.  THE CUSTOMER SERVICE PEOPLE ARE TOLD NOT TO LET YOU CANCEL AND WHEN YOU DO CANCEL THEY CONTINUE TO BILL YOUR CREDIT CARD.   I GOT THE TOTAL RUN AROUND.  I HIGHLY SUGGEST THAT YOU DO NOT USE E NEIGHBORHOODS, ITS A VERY VERY BAD EXPERIENCE.

GUIDE YOURSELF ACCORDINGLY.

What a nightmare Nicole.  I have been trying to get them to remove the billing from my credit card too- to no avail.  I think it's time to call the TV station for help... Good luck with yours!

Sounds like your next call will be to the credit card company. May also want to get a new card/number. If they will not let you cancel I would not be surprised if they did not try to bill in the future
