Speechless Sunday: Good Enough To Eat
I took these photos two weeks ago on the Celebrity Equinox Caribbean cruise. One after noon there was a food carving demonstration in one of the foyers. This guy pictured above is a real artist. He has been dong this over 15 years and it is a specialty of his village.
Hopefully you weren't on the cruise with all the sick passengers. Amazed by what the chefs can create on cruise ships.

Great creations. Years ago I had a book called, "Play with Your Food" that had simpler but creative pictures of carved and decorated food. Kids loved it.
