New Construction in Victoria is alive and well! In particular, the Lakebridge neighborhood in Victoria, Minnesota is a beautiful new construction development located just north of Carl Krey Lake, and just south of Lake Auburn.
These new construction homes started being built in 2007, and there are still a few available lots to build on today. The two builders most associated with this area are D.R Horton and Ryland Homes. The homes currently range in price from the low $300's to the low $500's.
Victoria is a beautiful suburb to some and/or exurb to others area located about a 30 minute drive south and west of downtown Minneapolis.
