The Rhapsody Development in Victoria is a beautiful master planned community, located just a mile south and west of downtown Victoria, and very close to Lake Wasserman. The Rhapsody neighborhood boasts a 3.5 acre park with a picnic shelter and miles of trails, it was initially constructed by Lennar Homes in 2008, and is nearly complete.
Victoria is a beautiful, quiet and much desired suburban community and has been nicknamed "The City of Lakes and Parks" because it has over 200 acres of reserved land, thirteen parks and nine lakes within its borders. Victoria is also home to the 1,800-acre Carver Park Reserve.
The city of Victoria, including the Rhapsody neighborhood is part of the Independent School District 112, as well as the home of the well respected 9-12th College Prep Holy Family Catholic High School. Holy Family Catholic School recently completed construction, and expansion of their 176,000 square foot campus.
