I thought I'd keep it brief this morning but I definitely wanted to share with you a few new things. First and foremost, the Whistler Real Estate Company is moving today after 22 long years in our Whistler Marketplace location. The new space is stunning, very trend-setting and cutting edge in comparison to any other office space in Whistler. I've written a blog piece about this exciting move along with directions to the new office which is on Main Street at The Delta Whistler Village Suites right next door to Hy's Steakhouse. I'll be hosting a client appreciation party in the new space soon so stay tuned for more details on that.
On another note, I've just listed a newly renovated 3 bedroom/3 bath, 1,821 sq. ft. Pemberton condo built in 2004. In my opinion this is the best price versus space for any 3 bedroom condo north of Vancouver. #202 Portage Station in Pemberton shows incredible value in today's market and must be seen to be believed at only $249,000.

The active listing inventory in the combined Whistler and Pemberton area currently sits at 639 active listings which remains stable and is up by only 7 listings from 2 weeks ago.
