This area of Thousand Oaks known as Lang Ranch is sought after for newer homes, some of which are located in gated communites. The Bellagio and Eagle Ridge neighborhoods are the ones I am featuring today. Homes in these communities are priced from the mid $600,000 and go over $900,000 depending on the size of the home, location and condition of the property within the community. Excellent schools including the Lang Ranch Elementary school is another reason home buyers have a desire to move to this beautiful community. The listing inventory is currently low and there is a great demand to purchase here.
