During last week (ending February 4 ,2014) 2 detached homes in New Market were added to the market, another 4 homes went under some form of contract, and 6 more completed the sales process. This brings the count to 65 home on the market for sale, 26 home under contract and 11 homes that completing the sales process in the last 30 days.
Those on the market for sale range in list price from $150,000 to $1,500,000. Those under contract where last listed from $200,000 to $549,990. Those that have completed the sales process have sold for between $170,000 and $535,000.
