This is the tenth and last in a series of market updates, a service to clients and prospects.  Over the past week, we provided home sale data across the markets we cover in Plymouth County & Cape Cod.  Today is HYANNIS, CAPE COD, MA.  We will compare Q4 2013 vs. the start of the new year through January 2014.  We expect Data to still point to weakness in terms of sales vs. inventory or homes for sale and prices to rise overall through 2014.  Here is a brief recap:

It continues to surprise me at the lack of sales at the Cape John.  I hope 2014 turns around.

Conrad - the winter months usually slow but the weather has been especially tough this year and not at all conducive to house hunting.  Spring should pick up.
