Hard to believe that we are already one month into 2014!! Let's find out what's been going on for the Cibolo TX Real Estate Market for January 2014!
Currently the Real Estate Market in Cibolo TX has 182 available Homes for Sale as of February 5th, 2014. You can purchase a home in this area for as high as $750,000 and for as low as $65,000. Homes are listed at an average price right now of $228,654 with 126 days on the market.
There are currently 49 homes pending sale in the Cibolo TX area. The average list price that brought an offer and contract to these homes is $215,974 and had an average 101 days on the market before getting an offer and going under contract. Many of the current pending Cibolo TX homes for sale will add to the Sold numbers for February.
Cibolo TX Homes that Sold from January 1st to January 31st, 2014 totaled 25. There's a ton of New Construction homes for sale in Cibolo so I do see a rise in home buyers and prices as buyers looking for homes can still get really fantasic rates!
