So just recently Vegas Bob has changed some of the names and words on his profile page at ActiveRain. Vegas Bob has dropped the professional photographer and added Residential along with Commercial.
Over the many years of selling Real Estate in Las Vegas/ Henderson and the surrounding areas of the Las Vegas Valley, Vegas Bob has sold Residential homes.

For anyone that really knows Vegas Bob, they will tell you he is a talker. But there is a time and place for everything and when he is with clients either selling their properties or wanting to purchase property Vegas Bob will listen. If we as agents don't listen to our clients needs, how can we sell their home? Or how can we really find a home they like if were not listening to them? They want an agent who listens to what they want and will ask questions as required to really understand who they are and what they are looking for.
