The Greenbrier, the legendary resort, spa and golf club in West Virginia's Allegheny Mountains, has just been awarded top honors from two of the country's most renowned travel and sporting publications.

Condé Nast Traveler has named The Greenbrier to its prestigious "Top 25 Spas in the US" list, underscoring the resort's 18^th-century origins as a place of healing in its natural sulphur springs. In addition, The Greenbrier's elegant pool was recognized in the magazine's "Top Spa Resort Pools" roundup.

Also this month, Golf Magazine named The Greenbrier to the 11^th edition of its Premier Resorts awards, the oldest and most authoritative rankings of the world's finest golf properties.
