Today I had an open house at my new listing in Rancho Cordova. I was a bit worried as we are finally having a little rain in the Sacramento Valley and it had rained all night and morning prior to my open house. I had 22 groups though from 1-4pm!!!! Serious buyers are out there and today proved it!
