There were 44 Single Family Homes Sold in January, 2014
HIghest sold: $225,000 for 1,680 sf in Hudson Beach Estates. Built in the 1982 and on a canal leading to the Gulf.
Lowest Sold: $27,295 for 1,044 sf in Florestate Park. Built in 1960.
Average Sales: $102,457.00; the list to sales price ratio was 96%, days to contract 98, and days to close 133.
Currently there are 393 homes Active ranging from $535,000 for 3,633 sf on the water, built in 2001; to $15,777 for 1,340 sf in Beacon Woods Village, built in 1974.
Average list price is $156,359. 100 homes went on the market in January.
Active With Contract and Pending total 126. Ranging from $227,000 down to $22,000. The average is $114,912. with 137 Days To Contract.
Again, low inventory will be a factor in pricing and solds in the next few months.
