Have a well-maintained and attractive office.

Make the guests feel important.

Listen to the customer and keep your attention on them.

Be available to answer questions, help find, solutions, and ensure satisfaction.

Keep your word to build trust. Say what you will do and do what you say.

Make it right, no matter who's right.

Mind your manners. Use please, thank you, you're welcome, I'm sorry.

Train your staff to do all of the above too.

Show your appreciation with follow calls and thank you notes.
