As you know, numbers are the language of business. Knowing, tracking and understanding numbers creates clarity for our businesses. Please llow me to share with you a few statistics from our office.
We, at KWSW are # 5 in closed buyer transactions year to date in our market. Our buyers should be loving on us! Our average buyer transaction closes at 90.6% of the original sales price. This means we are saving almost 10% to our buyers. We rank at #2 missing the "GOLD" by .3%. On the listing side we are selling our homes at 94% of our original listing price which puts us number 5 in our market. Last but not least is our closed units per productive agent and we were at #4 in our market.
Our office as experienced an enormous amount of growth in production over the last 18 months, and it looks like we have set a pattern. In January 2014 the trend is still going. Our listings taken were up 39% , our Listings Sold were up 50% , our Listing sold volume was up 100% from a year ago.
