Sorry for the gap- Have sore neck and arm just maintaining last week

I do not know how I did it.  It might have been a bad fall last summer.  My neck back and arm flared up.  Truth is I was afraid to type or move.  Sleep was hard.  It still isn't completely better but last week I had to prioritize.  I kept the real estate deals that I had going and rested.  I had one chair I could sit in.  Lieing down was no  good.   About Friday I was able to start working again :).  Still not right but I feel that it is getting better.

I went to a meet up group Monday at 8 AM called local impact zone.  They talked about the seasons of business.  In real estate I guess it would be spring is prospecting. Summer working. Fall closing the deal. Winter I didn't get because my loan officer called.   What I do remember with a chuckle was last week all I did was kept the plants alive.  This week back to work.  Got to stop typing because it triggers the arm.

I am trying.  I can sleep at night again :) I always could sit in a certain recliner and watch netflix.  Typing made things worse.
