Tips to build a million dollar pipeline

By
Real Estate Broker/Owner 01293735 CA

As a real estate agent and broker, we are always looking for ways to keep those clients flowing. each of us has his or her own special way to this. The good news is that pretty much whatever you do to attract business will work as long as you do it consistently and with a good professional presentation. If you throw enough stuff on the wall, some of it will stick.

Here are some tried and true ways to keep your business flowing:

1. Newsletters

2. Stay in touch with past clients

3. Talk real estate everywhere you go

4. Knowing the inventory is a real big key to getting sales

5. Spend at least 10 hours a week prospecting

6. Follow up, follow up, follow up

My rule is 15 hours of prospecting a week to stay busy. The one thing I would add to your list is social media, can be very good source of quality leads.

So simple, but hard to do!   It would be great to have it come easily, but following up is the most important thing.   Agree:  follow up, follow up, follow up

One thing I would add to that list, that is so important is: Track your leads, so that your time is spent prospecting/marketing in the most efficient way possible. Then you will have more time to 1. Newsletters 2. Stay in touch with past clients 3. Talk real estate everywhere you go 4. Knowing the inventory is a real big key to getting sales 5. Spend at least 10 hours a week prospecting 6. Follow up, follow up, follow up Or, even take a cruise ;-)

If we don't stay on top of following up all the time spent prospecting is worthless. You are right prospect and then follow up, follow up, follow up.

Lori, this is a good list that leads us to success. I have found, I need to calender my time for each of the actions I need to do. If I leave it up to if I get around to it, I never get around to it.

Thanks, have a successful week.
