OK - It's official - You love your title company... but why?
What is your title company doing for you to make you LOVE them? I want to be able to compete with this company you LOVE so much! After asking around potential clients are saying that they LOVE their title company because they have worked with them for X amount of years or because they always take good care of them either on short notice or don't mind little favors. Those things make sense to me, they really do and I respect loyalty - but - Let me know what I can do to compete with who you are using right now!
