Glenn - That's a very powerful concept. Staying ahead of the curve means getting out there where things aren't easy, as an on-going process - because everything will eventually become commonplace, and anyone can do the easy stuff.

Glenn, I so agree, but I sense Realtors in general are reluctant to concede the ease with which consumers are able to educate themselves.
