Moving your Parents in To Save on Retirement Costs

Real Estate Agent with RE/MAX Realty Specialists Inc.,

Maybe you want your Mom nearby.  Maybe its health. Maybe you just want Mom around to spend more time with her grandchildren. Its easier to take her to Medical Appointments if she lived with you. The costs of keeping a Family reunification or Multi Generational living is making a revival in Toronto.

Adults are now moving their mature elder parents, in with them. To save both on the nursing home costs, Retirement Care needs, Home Care, Maintenance on an additional property and other worries that might occur. Maybe your parents are going to help out with the grand kids; To look after them.

We now have multi generational living.

You are going to sell Mom's house,
you are going to have the proceeds of that sale,
and you are going to be selling your house,

You can find yourself on a very nice ravine property, on St George's Golf Course, a remarkable luxury home in Etobicoke,

That I have available today.

This property has a complete and self contained Nanny Suite or In Law Suite,
on the second floor, the upper level, complete a bedroom and sitting room with separate entrance and staircase for privacy.

A beautiful western exposure overlooking the Golf Club.

When Mom gets tired of the noise and activity downstairs, or entertains on her own, she can take a private elevator up to the second floor to her private quarters and not worry about the stairs.

if you need this in your life. Give me a call

This used to be the norm, having elderly or aging parents living with the family.  Then came nursing homes.  Your listing sounds like a wonderful alternative!
