So when I hear people say that there is nothing left to buy at the auction, or that there are no deals left……I just shake my head and wonder what they based that ‘information’ on. In most cases if I follow up their statement with “Have you ever bought anything at the auction?”, the answer is NO.

There are plenty of properties being sold every day, and the foreclosure auction is really the only place you can buy property and homes for significantly less than market value. And virtually none of them are on the MLS.
