City of Eastvale - New Business Ordinance

As we continue to grow as a City, new and improved regulations become implemented. The newest regulations having the biggest impact in the City of Eastvale is that all businesses within the City of Eastvale must now possess a license. Whether you have a physical business or home office within the City, one must be registered with the City.

This applies to every realtor who has a listing or plans to conduct business in Eastvale. You must register your business with the city. The annual fee is $111. This registration fee is valid for 12 month starting on April 1st of every year till March 31st of the following year. The registration expires on March 31st no matter when you first registered your business. We haven't seen a huge increase in registration from realtors, perhaps they are all waiting for April to roll around?

What I would advice is to get your business registered. The City personnel is cracking down on agents who have not registered their businesses. It is easy to register your business. Fill out a 2 page form and head over to 12363 Limonite Avenue, suite 910 in Eastvale to pay your fees.

If applicable, make sure to submit your seller's permit issued by the State of California Board of Equalization for the sale or delivery of any good where tax is payable to the state of California. Also remember that home business must also comply with all City regulations. At this time, only 1 business is allowed per property address.
