Yes! You are reading this right. I got featured with 29 Real Estate Agents on http://www.remodelingexpense.com. About two weeks ago I believe I got an e-mail from someone who asked me this question "What is the one TIP you’d give to someone buying a Fixer-upper as a FIRST time home buyer? The guy told me that their is a possibility that my answer will be featured.
At first I wasn't sure if I wanted to do. But then again I thought maybe this would help me get some exposure-FREE MARKETING. So I responded to the guy's e-mail with my answer. About less than a week later,he sends me an e-mail to congratulate me along with the link that featured the other 29 real estate agents. So I later e-mailed him because like anybody else,I like to track my leads. I asked him how he found me. He said he found me on Twitter. That shocked me. You never know who's is reading your stuff online.
