Your application details all information relevant to leasing a home here in Talega. Realtors in California have an application approved by the California Association of Realtors. This application will ask for basic information such name, birthdate, employment and rental history. All other documents will be used to support the information stated here. Property managers and landlords without agents may have their own forms. Everyone who will occupy the property who is 18 year and older will be required to complete an application.
Your credit report should not be older than 60 days. Some landlord/agents require that THEY run your credit when applying for their home. It will typically cost you $15 to $25 per property per person over 18yrs.
