Jennifer, I don't know how you and so many others endure all the cold, snow but like everything else I guess one gets use to it. Your right living in a condo without the shoveling etc would be idea during snow storms etc. Have a warm beautiful weekend.
Living in a townhouse and condo is the way to go, if anyone who do not like to shovel snow. Stay warm Jennifer.

I am sure there will be more condo sales this year. Most of us are tired of shoveling the snow.
The amenities that living in a condo provide sure seem worth it, especially living in the Northeast!
It sure is nice to have someone else do the shoveling. At my townhouse community, they usually wind up shoveling the roofs a couple times a year since we have so much snow.
Jennifer, you all have had your fair share of snow this year, and living in a complex where you don't have to do the shoveling does sound nice.
