Only about 29% of homes placed on the market in 2014 already have accepted offers. This may seem low compared to many other Silicon Valley communities, but given that the median home price of all 24 homes currently for sale (not in escrow) is $9,980,000 – within a price range that historically has very slow sales – home sales activity could be considered neither slow nor brisk.
