There are homes in all price ranges in Doylestown  township. I looked up the mls this morning to see the real estate activity in December 2013. I looked for residential listings sold.

There were 18 homes that settled in December 2013. The highest sale price was $ 570,000 and lowest sale price was $54,000 The average original list price was $326,222. The average last list price was $313,222. The average sale price was $299,029. The homes were marketed for an average of166  days.
