Huntsville Alabama Ditto Landing On The Tennessee River

I was out showing one of my listings this afternoon in South Huntsville Alabama  near Ditto Landing and decided it was a great time of the day to stop by the Tennessee River and snap a photo.  Ditto Landing is a great place to relax, go for a walk or have a picnic.  Many people come to Ditto Landing for the water sports and fishing.  I often meet by accident people I know there just out for a stroll.

George-who says you can't teach an old dog new tricks!

Tony & Darcy-thanks, it's a great place to unwind.

Debbie L-Ditto Landing has a lot of history to it.  A ferry was built for crossing the Tennessee River making it possible to establish Whitesburg and ultimately Huntsville.

Debbie R-thanks, the people I met at my listing will be writing an offer on the home and two adjacent lots I've listed...very successful!

Maria-late in the day on the Tennessee River provides a great opportunity for photo opts!

Nick, what a beautiful shot! I'm glad you followed your intuition and stopped to enjoy that moment. This is a good reminder that we should take time, even if it's a brief moment just to appreciate all of life's beauty. In this case, you made the right decision to put business aside if only for a moment. We should all follow your lead.

Hi Nick T Pappas - I thought I'd pop by to see what you were up to on February 16, 2014. Evidently, I posted back then, but it's interesting today for me to realize the people from Alabama have access to Ditto Landing on the Tennessee River. I didn't realize this river runs through two states! Honestly, I learn something new everyday, even if I didn't catch on several years ago!

Have a wonderful, Nick!
