Top Real Estate Sites Closing Out 2007

Sure it's the first day of Spring, but I came across some metrics on the top Real Estate sites to close 2007.  I'm sure any changes sine then have been minimal.  These reports were released by Comscore and Hitwise, two very reputable online tracking resources.

This may be review for some but new for others...enjoy!

Yes Mike, Realtor.com appears to be losing overall market share in the US.  Their overall traffic is up, however the space appears to have been diluted somewhat over the year (good for all of us) which resulted in lower market share.

Right Dan!  The big guys tend to get lazy and focus less on market share and quickly begin to pay the price.  This space moves so fast...they should know that you can never take your eye off the ball.
