Real Estate Agent Seeking Clients

By
Real Estate Agent with John L. Scott Sp34627

Every so often it happens.  I settle all my buyers and all my sellers.  This is actually a really good thing.   After a bit I realize that all my clients are pending.  That is when this real estate agent is seeking clients.

I am pretty sure I could handle 4 transactions a month without needing assistance.  I haven't quite figured out how to keep the pipeline full.

So at this moment clients wanted!  Really great real estate agent seeking clients!  I will get the job done!

Improving the Quality of Your Life

Keeping in touch with your past Buyer and Seller is always a good way to keep the pipeline full.  Give them a call, send them a  note, just checking on them now and then. Keeping present in their minds and life, they will remember you when someone mentions to them that they are getting ready to sell or buy.

Congratulations on the success with your clients.

As far as new clients...  I don't know if you are a praying person, but it works :)

Gets the job done!

lYNN, I do pray.... But for me itit seems wrong to pray for clients.   I pray that my brother's cancer stays away.  I pray for my sons to continue to grow to be good men.  I occasionally pray for a client when they need to move on with their life.  To pray for me to get clients seems wrong.   G-d has important things to do.  I will work to make the world a little better and hope that hope that I continue to get clients.

Debbie, the most difficult thing about real estate is to remain consistent. It seems like you either have multiple transactions going on at the same time, or nothing. Best of luck finding your next client(s).
