First go to the website that you want to create the app for.
Check on the superior left side of the iPad
There are 4 icons back, forward, open book and arrow pointing to the right.
First tap that arrow pointing to the right and then you will see the drop down menu.
Add Bookmark
Add to Reading List
Add to Home Screen
Mail Link to this page
Tweet
Print.
Go ahead and click Add to Home Screen. There you can name it or leave it the way it is showing.
Whala!!! You have created an app for easy access to the website. You can do this over and over and create as many easy access apps to websites as you want.
