She goes into the deep thought process of deciding where to live in retirement and why Carlsbad may be an excellent option.
Ben Rivera writes Knowledge is Power. He hits the nail on the head with his comparison to the recent SuperBowl game between the Seahawks and the Denver Broncos. He then shifts to how knowledge can make the purchase of a Short Sale or Bank Owned property go smoother or even in favor of the Buyer.
