Tim Lockhart is a member of the Gold Coat Ambassadors with the Wichita Falls Chamber of Commerce & Industry, one of the most active volunteer groups within the Chamber. The Gold Coats have been a major part of welcoming new business to Wichita Falls for over 50 years. This is the Chamber's Good Will Group representing the Chamber and the community as needed. Some of the duties performed by the Gold Coat Ambassadors are:
