The enviroment seems to be a hot topic nowadays with people talking about carbon emissions, alternative energy, and climate change just to name a few terms.

This recent article talked about green property management companies. All of these comapnies are in the NYC area and have different regulations than do many folks. but the fact is we can all do something to help the envirment no matter where we manage property.
