Its Not Over Yet!

Altough we have seen a little more activity than last year we are currently at 5330 residential units in the city of Port St Lucie. With an average of Nov06 198 Sold, Dec06 137 Sold, and Jan 07 110 Sold I can honestly say it is not over yet. We may see a 5% - 10% more reduction in price over the next 18 months, no one can say for sure. Keep those expenses down, list at the correct price, and prospect everyday for realistic sellers. The lenders are tightening up on the 100% financing and the stated loans, most of which we are seeing making offers.It is the real agents and brokers that will make it thru the uncharted waters of the future. Keep a good attitude and it will level out...............
