Ettl Farm is a tight knit community of people who are engaged in what's happening within their area and more. There's a quarterly association fee of $300 to maintain all of the common ground and preserved space. You will find a handful of common Toll Bros models here including the Carmel, Madison, Exeter, Sterling and Elkins. Most have at least 4 full baths and 3 car garages. Many of the homes have brick front or stucco exteriors which extend the luxury feeling. Approximately 1/4 opted to have conservatories added to the homes during the construction phase. These now double as game rooms, sun garden room or in-law suites.
