Beth: It is ready to go. The icing on the cake would be a buyer putting a fresh face on the kitchen and bathroom. If this already had those, it would be priced higher.
Charles: This one is all about the location. Tysons Corner is some of the most expensive commercial real estate in the country and this condo is right in the middle of shops, businesses, malls and even the metro.
Location, location, location - cosmetics can be bought, but what these condos have are space and location, which cannot be bought at this price!
Susan: The closet space blows my mind. I didn't have that much closet or storage space when I had my two bedroom condo in Fairfax!
