2014 Beaver Creek 11th Talons Challenge

I hope you did your squats and lunges this year.  The 11th Annual Beaver Creek Talons Challenge is just around the corner.  If you’ve skied or snowboarded at Beaver Creek, CO, you’ve certainly heard of the “Talons Challenge”.  So, are you ready to step up to the challenge and attempt to conquer each of Beaver Creek Resort’s crazy-steep, bumpy, black and double-black diamond terrain… in one day!?  The event includes skiing or riding 14 trails and more than 26,000 vertical feet in one day.

Registration is open for the 2014 Talons Challenge, to take place Saturday, March 1, 2014.   This is the inaugural year of the new alpine-inspired Talons Restaurant situated at the base of Birds of Prey, Grouse Mountain and Larkspur Bowl, where the Talons Apres Party will take place from 2:30-4:00 p.m.  Complete the day successfully and head home with a Helly Hansen beanie and major bragging rights.
