What do you think of our new video? This is our first video but we want to do more in the future! I can think of several things that we might do and say differently in future videos but I also want to get everyones feedback first. It takes a while to get it just right.

PMBC ... Your blog title is "comments welcome". Make the video channel comment option live and working, not disabled. That feedback is invaluable. Make your channel open for business as you add more videos. Sort them out in playlists, wire them for SEO horsepower like your blogging, other marketing. Nail up a header. And look forward to more videos! Consider happy happy renters, past landlords and you can be the sound bed as more video of projects your manage are rolled out, showcased to show you are knee deep in this property management dog and pony! Video is the star from the marketing mound. Too many keep that player benches, in the dark, wasted. Great video!

Great video. I believe adding testimonials from previous clients would be very helpful.
