We are currently looking for nationwide multifamily properties with higher cap rates 10-25%
Apartment complexes in the 2-5 million range are preferred
We will entertain any multifamily property but please be advised we are looking for great deals no more than 60 cents on the dollar.
The more information that you can give when contacting us the faster the responce. I currently get 70-80 emails a day with new properties. My company in conjunction with my international investment groups are looking to take down 100-500 million a month. We would like to see propeerties that have not been shopped for months new listings and properties that have not been listed are the best for our sercumstances.
