Update your primary email address on Facebook

 

Facebook has announced a change in their email procedures.  When someone sends an email to your Facebook email address, it will no longer go to your Messages on Facebook. Instead, the email will be forwarded to the primary email address on your account.

Their reason:  “We're making this change because most people haven't been using their Facebook email addresses, and we wanted to make it easier to view all your emails in one place. Plus, we can focus on improving our mobile messaging experience for everyone.”

So, you will want to make sure that the primary email address you have provided to Facebook is where you wish to receive email sent to your Facebook email address.

Roy, always some changes with Facebook, and really don't want messages coming to my primary email.   They usually go to my secondary email.
