I have seen this time and time again, agents taking pictures of the bathrooms in their listings with the toilet seat up. Then post those pictures on the MLS. Really? You find that flattering? Do you think that will help you sell the home?
Goodness, please take 10 second to put the seat down before taking the picture.
The close up picture is very disturbing. Why take this picture?
Since we are on the topic of pictures in the bathrooms, please ask your clients to remove all their personal hygiene items from the bathroom. Put them under the sink for the time being or just out of the room while a picture can be taken. No one needs to see them.
Here's another; If the sellers closet is disorganized and full, do not take a picture. Again, do you think that will help you sell the home?

If you had scheduled an appt to take pictures of your listing and you walk into this....
would you still take the pictures or even take the listing? This shows me that the sellers are clearly are not motivated.
Aren't our pictures supposed to show the property at its best? If so, think twice before taking some of these ridiculous pictures. It's also ok to say No to uncooperative sellers.
