The Exxon Mobile campus that is coming to the area, north of Houston near The Woodlands is going to mean big business for Real Estate in the surrounding areas.
The campus is being built on a 386-acre site, scheduled to be complete by mid-2015. According to Forbes, this development is beginning to shape itself as sort of a college campus vibe, providing not only includes work buildings, but housing for approx. 10,000 people, a 27,000 child care center, and a 100.000 sq. ft. wellness center! It is quite an impressive layout.
If you've been anywhere near the area, you have undoubtedly heard the buzz surrounding this big move. It has already begun to affect the area with surrounding home prices on the rise and vacant office space hard to find.
