Kick the Tires and Check the Wires!

By
Real Estate Agent with Coldwell Banker Ellison Realty 352-209-4044

Nearly every day, sometimes several times a day, Realtors are either showing, listing, staging, selling, previewing homes, multiple homes even.  We get to know what we are looking at and for.

Sometimes things get by us but often they don't.  We are not home inspectors and don't pretend to be, but we notice things like roofs that need replacing, dirt, messes, toilet seats up, smells, lights that don't work, pulls in the carpet.  So much!

Sooo when you're out looking for a home, slow down, look carefully, get a home inspection, kick the tires & check the wires.  Once you sign on the dotted line the problems are all yours!

Good advise Sara. You can't be too careful when buying a home.

Sara, it is often "little things" that break the deal. So we should not overlook the little things.

Thanks.
