Levels Of Service What do you have?



As Realtors® many of us talk about service and how we go that extra step or “Above & Beyond” for our clients.  My question to all those buyers and sellers out there is what type of service do you consider going above and beyond?  SuperDude!


I have on occasion taken the seller’s dogs for a walk so that the home could be showed without the dogs in the home.  


I have gone and mowed the yard for a seller that was on vacation and had not mowed it before he left and we had a showing scheduled for the next day.


I could go on and on about the things we do for our clients but the most important part is the happiness we see in our clients faces at the closing table.  



As I am always available and never far from any electronic device whether it is my iPhone, iPad, or laptop my clients and agents can always reach me.  The common response to my answering my phone at all hours or responding to a text or email is usually an exclamation of how prompt a response I give.  Of course to me it is just how I work.

Mortgage Assistance Relief Services Disclosure

As a seller you may stop doing business with Total Care Realty at any time.  You may accept or reject the offer of mortgage assistance we obtain from your lender (or servicer).  If you reject the offer, you do not have to pay us.  If you accept the offer, our commission will be deducted from the proceeds of the sale their will be no additional fee to you for our services.  Total Care Realty, LLC is not associated with the government, and our service is not approved by the government or your lender.  Even if you accept this offer and use our service, your lender may not agree to change your loan.  If you stop paying your mortgage, you could lose your home and damage your credit rating

I think you are willing to go where some of us aren't.  I'd never mow a lawn for a client.  Sure, I may coordinate one of my contractors to do it, but not me personally.  I don't run a lawn care business.

Prompt answering is the key to FULL SERVICE. It makes all Clients feel special. Looking back, I don't mind that I have cleaned up dead bees on the floor before a showing, or picked up the wind-blown trash in the front garden before Buyers come by or any other small chore --- full service from us at ODAT Realty SERVICES in Atlanta.
