Motivation Will Beat Talent

“Motivation will almost always beat mere talent."

 Norman R. Augustine, Aerospace Businessman

As I see it. . . . . . . .

Motivation will beat talent

Talent without motivation can give a person a one way ticket down a dead end path on their success journey. In challenging times a person that relays on their talent along can be naturalized and won’t provide the foundation to successfully complete their success journey.

A person with both talent and motivation will have the resource of their talent . . . . and the drive of their motivation to help them to successfully push forward to achieve their goals.

Motivation is the internal spark that lights the fire in your heart and fuels your actions. The stronger your motivation the brighter the spark and the strong your passion becomes to achieve your goals.

Your motivation will beat talent . . . . and your motivation will drive you forward to achieve successful results.

Someone said yesterday to me that he was complacent and knew that his complacency was holding him back. It is good to be a little hungry or to be running just a tiny big scared. Gives you the motivation you need to put your talent to use.

So very true, Lou.  You can have all that talent, just like having all that knowledge, but nothing is as powerful as the "action" taken to apply that talent and knowledge!

Sadly this is true.  So much talent is wasted on people who really don't have the drive to be successful.
