Wow, speechless.

I love when I see my listing is advertised online by agents in Florida. Always put the best pictures in the listings - agents will be able to chose to put them in ads...

Now I have to give written permission to any agent in Florida to advertise my or SIB Realty listings.

HOW? Can you advertise other agent’s listings once “OK to Advertise” is removed? – Yes, simply secure written permission from the Listing Broker. Click here for the NEW “Permission to Advertise” form. Only listings with written permission to advertise will be allowed under this new MLS Policy.

Why nobody ask us, realtors, if we are agree or not? Why we did not vote?!????

I have called our local board of Realtors (Miami). Oh, Evelina, just give the cooperating brokers permission in writing to advertise your listing.

Ha ha ha! Written permission from me, from our agent ( each form I have to sign as a Broker) Yeah, right, from now on I won't be able to work or to show the properties - all my day would be "sign, scan and send " forms?!

What the agencies as Rent 1 or Rental Paradise will do??! That law will kill them - most of advertising was done though Craigslist.

Now what?

I have done that many many many times and nothing changed! Agent's phone numbers in remarks, branded tours - just name it.
