As a St. Augustine REALTOR®, my job is to listen to your vision of a perfect home and provide excellent service in finding it. I will accompany you to the property site, discuss conditions for homes that are on the market and write up real estate contracts. These are just a few of the tasks at hand that I promise my prospective clients I will do for them. I pride myself on being a St. Augustine REALTOR® for several reasons. I have been a St. Augustine REALTOR® for over 12 years now and am a member of the NAR. The NAR, the National Association of REALTORS®, is a professional organization for those in the real estate industry. NAR is also known as “The Voice for Real Estate.” It’s America’s largest trade association made up of residential and commercial REALTORS®, Brokers and others associated with the real estate industry. There is a fine line between being a REALTOR® and a real estate agent. A licensed real estate agent who becomes a member of the National Association of REALTORS® then holds the title as REALTOR®. As a St. Augustine REALTOR®, I understand the importance of not only being a real estate agent, but also being a REALTOR®.
As a St. Augustine REALTOR®, I believe it’s important to show your support in the community in which you live. Recently I participated in the Matanzas 5K to benefit the running program for St. Johns County Schools. The course travels along the beautiful bay front, through historic neighborhoods and past the beautiful Flagler College. No matter how large or small the transaction, I’m committed to providing excellent service as your St. Augustine REALTOR®.
