Louisville Ky Home prices are slightly up for January and Febuary 2008, the median price is up 1.1% over the same peroid in 2007. This news comes from Greater Louisville Association of Realtors , which I am a proud member. However homes sold is down almost 14%. At the current pace of sales it would take 10 months to sale the existing inventory. Sellers this is why you must price your home where it will sale!!!, it continues to be a buyers market.
