Severe cold and low inventory are to blame in North Branch Minnesota

Bill has a valid point for buyers.  don't let the media sway your thoughts of purchasing a home right now.

If you snooze you lose.  Many communities around the area a nd not only Minnesota has the same issues.

There are good homes to buybut you need to be ready when they hit the market otherwise someone more hardy will beat you to them.

The downturn in sales lately in North Branch, Minnesota isn't for the lack of buyers.

With the severe cold many fair weather buyers are waiting for the weather to warm up.

But for those out there who are looking, there is very little to look at.

But if you are thinking of locating in North Branch, Minnesota, now is a good time.

All you need to do is dress warm and make sure when  new property listing comes up that you are the first ones in there.

Be a little braveand you will be rewarded for your stealth.

We seem to have more buyers than sellers too. Especially in the entry level homes (under $120k).

I have pretty much stopped working with the  "I will get approved once I find what I want" crowd. I still some from time to time, but I need special circumstances.

Whenever there are weather issues deterring buyers, it makes an opportunity for those willing to brave the elements.
